Double rooms with en suite bathroom
£85 per night (£80 per night for 3 nights or more)

Suite for 4 (double & twin rooms sharing bathroom )
£150 per night (£140 for 3 nights or more)

A 20% deposit secures booking, balance due on arrival.

Additional child in family room £25. Under 2’s in a cot go free.

There is a charge of £8 per person for sheets, towels, tea towels etc. All you need to bring are your beach towels.

Dogs are welcome – providing they are trained to keep off the furniture!

We make a small charge of £10 simply so that the house can be supra cleaned on your departure, as a courtesy to the next guests.

To secure a booking a deposit of 50% of the rental is required.

The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. At this time the linens charge and returnable security bond of £250 is also payable. This bond is held against damages and is returnable three working days after departure.

Cancellations – less than six weeks before arrival date, unfortunately no refund is guaranteed unless we are able to re-booked the cottage. Prior to six weeks before arrival date a refund will be made. In either case a cancellation fee of £40 is deducted to cover admin costs.

Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.
